Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking your experience with Celestial Table. By reserving or attending one of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings & Reservations

  • All reservations must be made through our official booking platform.
  • A reservation is considered confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent to the guest.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and limited to 10 seats per event.

2. Payment Terms

  • Currently, we accept card payments online.
  • All bookings proceed without payment at the time of reservation.
  • Payment is made on-site before the event begins, via cash or available local methods.

3. Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • If weather or unforeseen conditions affect any part of the event (e.g., observatory access), we will notify you and offer alternatives when possible.

4. Included Services

Depending on the selected package, your reservation may include:

  • Multi-course dinner at Tignousa restaurant
  • Live acoustic concert
  • Guided visit to the Observatoire François-Xavier Bagnoud
  • Accommodation at the Tignousa mountain lodge

All services are subject to change or adaptation based on availability.

5. Extra Services

Optional extras such as transportation or guided telescope experiences can be added during booking.
Some services have limited availability and may not be guaranteed unless confirmed via email.

6. Event Schedule

Guests are responsible for arriving on time. The last funiculaire departs at 6:00 PM.
Guests who miss the funiculaire may not be able to attend the event, and refunds may not be issued.
A detailed itinerary will be provided via email prior to the event.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Events are held in a mountain environment and may be affected by weather conditions.
In the event of poor visibility or safety concerns, parts of the experience (such as the observatory visit) may be altered or canceled.

8. Liability

Celestial Table is not responsible for injuries, delays, or damages arising from:

  • Personal negligence
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Third-party service disruptions (e.g. funiculaire operator)

9. Guest Conduct

We maintain a respectful, intimate atmosphere. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

10. Privacy

We collect and store basic personal information required to manage your booking. We do not share this data with third parties, except for essential event coordination (e.g., accommodation staff).

11. Modifications to Terms

Celestial Table reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
